A newly married couple is walking down the aisle at sunset, holding hands and smiling, surrounded by friends and family clapping and celebrating.
May be right for you if you’re more of a do-it-yourselfer. You just want a plan to follow, or a thinking partner and second set of experienced eyes on the plan you have.
This is also a good option if you’ve had recent or upcoming life events such as marriage, divorce, death of a spouse or loved one, new job, move, new home, retirement, or birth of a child that will impact how money touches your life.

Included:

Series of 2 or more meetings

Data gathering to understand your current financial picture and discussion of your values and goals

Delivery of a complete financial plan including cash flow, current net worth, retirement projections, investment strategy, and tax, estate, and insurance planning considerations. May include other elements as requested, such as education planning, debt management, self-employment considerations, savings goals, employee benefits, or other individualized planning concerns

Limited Post-Project support

Ongoing Planning

Based on complexity, paid quarterly

A family of five children and two adults walking through a shallow river with rocks, holding hands, in a lush green outdoor setting with trees and hills in the background.
We’ll begin by crafting your holistic financial plan, with step by step organization, helping you to implement recommendations as we go. You can hold your accounts elsewhere if you choose. Total annual cost is similar to project based planning (starting at $375 every 3 months), and based on discounted estimated hours required to provide services. This is our best value, since more meetings and support are included at a similar rate to the one-time plan.

Included:

Data gathering to understand your current financial picture and discussion of your values and goals

Monthly or quarterly meetings focused on the elements of your plan, such as cash flow, current net worth, retirement projections, investment strategy, tax, estate, and insurance planning considerations, education planning, student loans, debt management, self-employment considerations, other savings goals, employee benefits, or other individualized planning concerns

Education and discussion to help you fully understand all the pieces of your plan

Ongoing updates, discussion and evaluation as your life and goals change

Asset Management

Percentage of assets managed, paid quarterly

A family enjoying a meal outdoors at a picnic table under a wooden shelter, with sunlight filtering through the trees in the background.
Some clients prefer to delegate the management of their investment accounts to a trusted advisor so they can focus their attention on the life they're investing for. Because we believe that a comprehensive plan is integral to peace of mind and understanding why and how someone's money is invested, we are selective in the accounts we agree to manage, and prefer to have an established planning relationship first. Asset management can be added onto an ongoing plan.

If you’re interested in asset management, contact us to discuss the best option for your situation. Planning fees are waived for clients with managed assets over $500,000.

Hourly Planning

$250/hr

A young woman with long reddish-brown hair wearing a red shirt, sitting at a desk in a modern office or cafe, smiling while writing in a notebook with a black pen. There is a disposable coffee cup and a laptop on the desk. The background shows a shelf with books and a window with blinds.
If you feel comfortable with the plan you have but have a very specific question or concern dealing with only one or two aspects of your finances, or if you need a follow up to a recently developed plan, hourly advice may be a good choice.

Because so many of our money decisions interact with other aspects of our financial lives, it is difficult to give pertinent, thoughtful, thorough advice without having the full picture. We may ask for more information to help give you the best advice for your situation. We always advise having a comprehensive plan to work from.

If you want to become more educated about your financial matters in general, or just want a place to get answers from a trusted source, financial coaching might be the best option for you. Check out our gift coaching package above, it can be tailored to answer questions for any stage of life.
